Delivery
All your orders are prepared in our ESAT "les Ateliers de Jemmapes" (University Mutual Aid) in Paris which employs 132 disabled people.
They will be prepared and dispatched the day after your order (if it's a working day). If it takes longer, it's because we're a victim of our own success and that's fantastic.
- For mainland France and Corsica, all our orders are delivered by express, the day after they are dispatched.
- For other European countries, the delay is 2 to 4 days (see below).

NB: For deliveries in Corsica, a supplement of 19.60€ including tax will be charged.

Note : for home deliveries in France, a message will be sent to you to notify you of the delivery of your package. Thanks to Chronopost's Predict system, you will be able to request a change in this delivery. If you are absent from your home at the time of delivery, you will be given a delivery notice and your order will be dropped off at one of the nearest Pickup Relays where you can pick it up.
