Delivery
All your orders are prepared in our ESAT "les Ateliers de Jemmapes" (Entraide Universitaire) in Paris, which employs 132 people with disabilities.
If all goes well, they will be prepared and shipped the day after your order (if it is a working day). If it takes longer, we are a victim of our own success and that is fantastic.
Our great shipping partner is CHRONOPOST :
- For metropolitan France and Corsica, all our orders are delivered by express, the day after they are sent
- For other European countries, the delivery time is 2 to 4 days (see below)

NB: For deliveries to Corsica, a supplement of €19.60 including VAT will be charged.

Note: for home deliveries in France, a message will be sent to you to inform you of the delivery of your package. Thanks to Chronopost's Predict system, you will be able to request a change to this delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will be notified and your order will be dropped off at one of the nearest Pickup locations where you can collect it.
